The hopper car is designed for transportation of cement in bulk and a number of other construction and granular goods that require protection from atmospheric precipitation across the entire railway network of Belarus, the CIS and the Baltic states, with loading through the upper hatches and gravity unloading through the lower unloading hatches into the inter-rail space in special receiving devices.
